July 24, 20205 yr It's my friend's pizza crust recipe so I will have to find it again. It's very easy and turns to great. I'll let you know when I get the recipe, Chris.
August 10, 20205 yr My parents dropped off fresh peaches, so cobbler it was. Did a horrible job sprinkling cinnamon, didn't matter. It was great.

September 22, 20205 yr Another reverse seared Ribeye, this time with homemade creamed spinach. Pulled out the steak at 110 degrees and did a quick sear. Plus I feel like I'm at a steakhouse with the bucket of creamed spinach I made. Fantastic.
October 14, 20205 yr Just made crepes for lunch. The batter was a little too thick. The Irish cream liqueur sits inches away, so I thought hmmm. Best crepes ever! Is this stuff considered a gateway drug?

October 15, 20205 yr What if you had Irish cream tea and crepes at the same time?! All heck might break loose! I have not been sleeping normally and keep waking up at 3-5am. Today I gave up at 6:30am and went to the local bakery/farm/pumpkin patch for pastry and a few other items. I had a sweet cream cheese croissant about 7:30am while watching the sunrise on a bay of Lake Michigan. I also bought a plain croissant so I made second break later in the morning with cheesy eggs and bacon in what Burger King called a croissanwich. I could easily live up here about 8 months of the year...
October 23, 20205 yr Not actually cooking, but making tuna salad. I like my tuna salad loaded. Red Bell Pepper, Onion, Heirloom Tomatoes, Pickles, but not just any pickles will do, Kalamata Olives, Crumbled Bacon, Albacore Tuna and Ciabatta Buns. When I'm ready to serve I slice some Avocado, then add some French Fried Onions. Yes, I'll be cleaning my countertops!
October 23, 20205 yr Drooling. What is special about those pickles? I have access to some really good pickles, I want to try your recipe. Although I’d probably add celery, carrots, and black pepper.
