What? Okay, so the three main parts of the ho-ho is the chocolate outer layer (waxy), the cake (dry), and the filling (cloyingly sweet -- I think it's the same stuff in the center of a Twinkie). It's kind of nasty.

I actually had to look online....and I realized that a Ho-Ho is basically the same thing as a Drake's Yodel (and I had never paid attention to the manufacturer of Yodels). Kind of liked them, but that was maybe 30+ years ago, so who knows these days.

Still, if I knew that the name back then, I would have done the Ho-Ho's and not the Yodels.....
