May 29, 201412 yr comment_638259 Did a butterflied boneless pork chop (split in two for Debbie and I) on the Weber and Brussel Sprouts on the side burner in cast iron with a metric fuckton of butter and a little olive oil to keep things from burning. No pics as we were too busy eating. And it was delicious if I do say so myself. Report
May 30, 201412 yr comment_638262 Oh, and my next grilling obsession is this burger. http://pornburger.me/2014/04/02/so-kalbi-maybe-burger/ There was a restaurant in Anchorage in the 80's called Harry's. They had a burger called the BBGB (belly burnin' gut buster). It was awesome! It had a half pound chopped sirloin burger patty, a good quality hot dog, split open and grilled, and a fried egg on top. Mmmmm! Report

You're right, one of them did slip through into the coals. Such an amateur. Bummer, because it was so good, I ate every last one, including the ones left on my daughter's plate, which she had turned her nose up to! Report
June 3, 201412 yr comment_638841 I want that BBQ grill/pit thingy. That looks awesome, with or without the sheep. More importantly, what did you drink with that BBQ? Report
June 3, 201412 yr comment_638843 Andrew, are you sure? It kind of looks like a warthog to me. Warthogs are super tasty. Ask any lion. Report
June 4, 201412 yr comment_638983 I am pretty sure I had warthog taco when I ate a taco served from a food truck in downtown LA a few years ago. Still had the warts on it too. Report
