Well it's been a tough week already so I decided to go out in my back yard, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset with my new best friend. He is not much on conversation but in his own way he has some entertaining anecdotes on life.

I know some may take offense at what I'm about to post and others will simply ignore me, but it's something I must say/post. To every poster here who's using/abusing drugs/alcohol....I beg you....please get help before it's too late. If you haven't started but are considering taking that step....run as hard and as fast as you can in the other direction. You have no idea what lies ahead if you choose this path....no idea at all. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families.

I've always admired this group. The hobby and community got me through some rough times, even when I didn't say I was going through them, but just coming here and laughing my ass off at the shenanigans was enough to brighten up my day. It's been a while since I've been around, and life definitely throws some unexpected curve balls. I got married a month ago. I'm moving out of my apartment to a new home, where my wife is going to help me NOT turn the place into a man cave, but make it cozy and welcoming. I'm in love. I hope to never see my sister-in-law ever again. She continues to fuck up any holiday she attends. She has no common sense, says tasteless and rude things to family, and continues to think things are just fine. She is a complete bitch idiot. If I could only It will really shake things up, but my goal for Christmas 2008 is to have a Christmas without her. I don't think I'm alone, judging from the comments from the rest of the family. So, anyone have a special someone who is similar?
