Since using Windows 7 ... about two years now, I've been mostly happy (I've been on the same original install since Jan of 2011, when I built my current 2700K music/gaming machine and things are clicking along fine thus far). Have a work related question... We have a PC that streams videos from sources like Bloomberg and MSN... The issue is the videos all have varying volume levels. Are there any software or hardware options to normalize volume on the fly? We are using stereo analog audio outputs.

I have no idea why, I sure didn't do anything, but my cellphone is doing the weirdest stuff. The screen is flashing, it won't recieve service, and when I press a button, it makes a weird "shock" sound. It's like a Packard Bell computer without the huge tower. :'( Even sadder is this is the 3rd replacement in one year. Damn phone.
