I hear through the grapevine that Hirsch and a few others will be making an appearance... it will be nice to see him for the first in awhile. Will either Peter (Dusty/Iron) be there?

I'm going to head in for a few days to see what's new in headphones but would really prefer to use it as an excuse to see some friends I miss and haven't seen in a long while. Any takers on a Head-Case contingent at the NYC CanJam in Feb?

Cross post just in case peeps here that do not go there want to attend. I'm still hammering out the location but the date is firm. Ok folks I know some of us are still nursing hangovers from CanJam but there seems to be enough excitement left to schedule one of our regular meets. Date Saturday August 8th from 10am to 6pm Place TBD I am speaking with a few places, the Hilton Garden Inn in San Mateo is not available on that date so I am checking with other area hotels

Hey guys, just wanted to let y'all know that there's going to be another meet in Nashville, this time on September 20th. I'll post the link to the HF thread (I know, grumble grumble) below. Last one was pretty great, really good people even with the low attendance (first guy who tried to set it up was abducted by aliens or some such and caused a bunch of people not to be able to attend). It looks like we'll have enough folks for a quorum. Some details: I have a room/meeting space for anyone who wants to bring/listen to gear. It's at the Tangeman University Center at the University of Cincinnati and I will have the room for the majority of the day. Parking is unfortunately $10 for the day. The closest hotel for those interested is the Kingsgate Marriott. It is about 1 Mile from the center. I couldn't get a space at the hotel, they were having some big conference that weekend. It is also, as Todd pointed out, Head-Case's 8th birthday that day. With that in mind, I wasn't planning on advertising this anywhere else.

Ron (HiFlight) is a member of a Yatch Club in Fort Myers and has access to a large salon. He already hosted a meet there and IMO it is a very nice venue at a good per person cost of $15 including lunch (soup, sandwich bar, and cookies). If there is interest I will post pictures of the location and of the water views from the salon. I personally was surprised at how nice the Fort Myers downtown, pictures are also available.
