Who Would Win in a Fight, Pac-Man or Kratos?

  1. Started by postjack,

So I told myself I wouldn't play Fallout 3 until I completely exhausted Oblivion. Well I haven't completely exhausted Oblivion, but I thought I'd play Fallout 1 and 2 before I play Fallout 3. I actually never played the original Fallout games. Fallout 1 is great! Definitely holds up, and I'm really enjoying it. Well, up until now. I was doing the Brotherhood mission to head to the glow. I'm not using a walkthrough or anything, but I did read to get some Rad-X and Radaway. I took some rad-x before I went in, and ran the whole dungeon, but now I always die a short while after I leave. I don't have enough radaway to clear all my radiation, and taboot I saved so mu…

Anybody play World of Tanks? I love this game because it's casual. You can pick up whenever you want and stop whenever you want. Great game. My account is fdu. Feel free to add me.

ujamerstand is hosting a Terraria private server. Map size small Difficulty (whatever you set your character when creating one) Game mode normal We should organize a night where we meet up and mess around, build an epic house and kill some bosses! I'm sure some of us higher level players can help out new people with armor, weapons, etc. Server details

http://sc2.sourceforge.net/ They've updated this again in a big time way. I'm going through this game right now and I just marvel how much depth and texture and complexity there is in this game to this day and how well its aged thanks to the mod work and tender loving care from the creators themselves on this project. http://uqm-mods.sourceforge.net/ There's a few side mods that go with this that I'm really happy about not the least of which are time dilation mods that hold back the Kor-Ah Borg like March some 200 years so you actually have time to enjoy the damned game. That always my one biggest complaint with this game. http://forum.uqm.stack.nl/…

Ok, so the Boy wants a video game console. I want to get him one that we can use together. My initial assumption was Wii U, but it is getting mixed reviews. What do you guys think? XBOX with Kinect? Basically, I want something that has good multi-player, non-shooting games. So lots of sports titles and things that the Boy can physically do instead of just using the controller. Don't care about Blu-Ray, etc.

  6. http://forum.1cpubli...ead.php?t=15109 Release date supposedly Q4 2011 at least according to Gamespot. I hope so. http://www.gamespot....ies3/index.html From 1C: http://forum.1cpubli...splay.php?f=178 Main thread http://forum.1cpubli...ead.php?t=16101 Previews Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-uIA8bXJObo YES! For those uninitiated to the series you can get both previous game together on Steam for about $25. Well worth it IMO. I've been playing this quite a bit recently; does anyone else on here play? If you haven't heard of it before, it's a realistic zombie survival simulator that is simple AWESOME! Imagine hopping on vent/skype with a few friends, and spending 1-2 hours to find each other, and then try to survive. You can die by zombies, which are all controlled by AI, other players gunning you down (or you can cooperate with them), or by hunger/thirst/injuries, so it is not just another zombie game where you gun down everything you see. This will give you a good idea of the teamwork/fun involved! Lots of hilarious moments. Or you could encounter bandits, hostile players that …

Completely, 100% unexpected. The band that hasn't allowed any digital sales thus far, has just signed with Harmonix & MTV for a full game. Hell yeah. This totally kills Guitar Hero's Metallica release next year. Still looking forward to that one though. They better have the whole Side 2 of Abbey Road, uninterrupted!

I've been thinking. Bad habit, I know... The PC, as a gaming platform, is superior to consoles. It is more powerful and more customizable, it offers unparalleled support for third party controllers as well as support for independent developers. It is cheaper to develop for, and its native keyboard and mouse interface is significantly more precise than a dual analog stick controller. But all of this comes at a cost - a good gaming PC is a lot more expensive than a console, and it also requires time to set up as well as some technical skill on part of the user. Consoles, in the meanwhile, are cheap, easy to use, require almost no effort to set up, and offer a platform t…

One of the only game series that excites me anymore, mostly due to a lack of time for more involved games. I mainly just explore and blow stuff up. Rockstar released a video of actual in game footage, and I have to say, I am really looking forward to this one.... once it is released for PC (fingers crossed it is not a shitty port like IV). http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=N-xHcvug3WI

  17. Started by Sherwood,

Since I live in the orient, where real, legal PS3 games are a thing of the past, I have to order physical games online. I ordered "Last of Us" on father's day (or to be precise, I ordered it and told my wife that the dog ordered it as a father's day present) and finally got it in. Open it up, dust off the never-used PS3, and it can't read the disc. Can't read any other game disc, either. It just makes the "eject" sound, and fails to initialize. FFuuuuuuu... So I order another drive after wading through a goddamn WaReZ nightmare of finding part numbers and sifting through descriptions of long-since unused parts. That will be here in another 3 weeks or so. …

I am not much of a gamer but my brother sent me this link for 8 popular (although a little dated) games. You essentially pay what you want and the money goes to charity, except that you have to pay at least above the average (which was $4.73 when I signed up). Could be useful for some folks and the money is going to a good cause. https://www.humblebundle.com/?utm_source=MadMimi&utm_medium=email&utm_content=Introducing+the+Humble+Origin+Bundle!&utm_campaign=20130813_m116906107_Introducing+the+Humble+Origin+Bundle!&utm_term=Humble+Origin+Bundle
