Friday was national pizza day not biscuit day Brent, damn you really went overboard on this one! I had a fender bender on Friday, so the biscuit force is strong, no injuries, just annoying. Will probably have to change front bumper and side panel. Heal well all injured, very sorry to hear. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro2 points

Shin pads probably would have let me walk away relatively unscathed, and would be relatively unencumbering to wear. That said, it isn't really a spot that is overly prone to taking hits, so maybe just when I'm planning sketchier stuff. Ugh you win. Your prize is pretty much the worst. Heal quickly. Curses, something seems to be afoot!2 points

Note that the pinout for the 2SA1349/2SC3381 does not line up with the 2SJ109/2SK389 devices, even though they are the same package. So that adapter will work for the bipolars, but not for the JFETs.1 point

Mosaic - via iOS app It doesn't quite hit the mark for me and felt a little gimmicky, but I always really appreciate outside-of-the-box approaches even when they don't quite succeed. It is a very cool idea and the app format works a lot better than I thought it would. Bloomberg described it as an app version of "Sleep No More," and having seen Sleep while I lived in NYC I think that is a pretty good comparison. HBO is making a linear version of it, but for me its the non-linear method that makes it fun. Very worthwhile to check out, plus, it is free. https://watchmosaic.com/1 point

Oh - OK. Geddit. I was thinking about how you could possibly know that I know Paul Messenger and Martin Colloms, or that I was CTO of Wharfedale in the early 90's. I clearly overthought your comment1 point

Years after I gave up vinyl, Dynavector MM cartridges were pretty popular, and they're still going. Seems that they've been doing MC caretridges since 1975 http://www.dynavector.com/1 point

I had a gyro platter with greek fries (oregano and garlic, I think) that was tasty as. Not some hole in the wall place, this was a fancy shmancy place. The couple next to me were having lobster and crab, I think. They were making NSFW noises.1 point
