Peanut butter jelly time!

Brewed my first batch today on brewery system 2.0. It was a Geary's Pale Ale clone that I have been meaning to make for a while now. All I can say is electric rocks! It's so much easier just chilling in the basement knowing that what ever temp you set is going to be maintained without any extra work. Maintained my mash temp within .4 deg for a 90 mash with no work on my part. Also boosted my efficency from about 71% to 88%. Best part is I can monitor and control it all on my iPhone/iPad.

The HSU wouldn't need a sub, but you would be missing everything below 80hz. I also think they might be a bit large if the Emotivas are as well. I picked up the older version of the Pioneers for $39 w/free shipping from Newegg. For the price they are hard to beat, maybe some Daytons from PE might be in the same realm.

Big Fondue dinner for some friends. Standard cheese with bread/veggies/fruit then a broth with shrimp/fillet/chicken. Made up a bunch of sauces for the meat. Had plans for a chocolate with brownies/poundcake/banana/strawberries/marshmallows/rice krispie treats but we were so stuffed it didn't happen. I know whats for desert tomorrow
