Lunched at the Handsome Biscuit today in Norfolk, VA.

This is the Hella Fitzgerald which consists of fried chicken, topped with bacon and cheddar (I also added a fried egg) with accompanying sausage gravy all on a sweet-potato biscuit.

I didn't really eat breakfast so I decided that a side of hash was in order.

And because, Head-Case, I tripled down on dinner and went to the Grilled Cheese Bistro.

If anyone needs me I'll be a in a food coma for approximately 48hrs plus or minus 2 days.

I had some drunken noodles, garlic lover chicken, beef massaman (I think), and wings earlier this evening.  It was DELICIOUS!

I had a Rocklands food truck brisket beef sandwich for lunch earlier (forgot the leftovers) -- I think I just like caramelized meat.

Now I'm going to have leftovers.

Finally got home after a long day.  Dinner was unplanned and spectacular courtesy of a local food truck that happened to be on the route back to the hotel.

Needs beer.

Dinner leftovers for breakfast. Rack of lamb, carrots, white bean puree. Is 9:30 am too early to open some wine?*

Had the office Holiday/welcome (new guy)/birthday (2 people)/congrats (one guy promoted internally)/ going away (this guy) party today. Now we get to go home early.

Not a bad Friday.

That steak though...

I just had a piece of leftover pizza that I reheated with the TICE method. No penis was involved, but I used a grill pan on the stove top instead of the microwave or oven. Hot and crisp and quick. I fried an egg in the same pan to kick it up another notch.

Mozzarella and a spicy chicken and bacon Calzone at Lupi's, a great local pizza shop here.

So good.
