June 23, 20251 yr Congrats to the OKC Thunder, but I think basketball fans all over the world feel like we got robbed. One of the more magical Cinderella-type runs the NBA has ever seen ended in tradgedy. Tyrese Haliburton, Indiana's best player, went down with an achilles injury 7 mintues in to the game. The Pacers did their best to fight, but without their star it felt like Indy eventually wore down. That injury is one of the worst in sports and likely will cost Haliburton the entire upcoming season. The post game mood on all the shows I watch is totally dour. Edited June 23, 20251 yr by TMoney

July 20, 2025Jul 20 Another 2.5 hour treatise of Evangelion. I like this along with the other breakdown that I recently watched, they focus on different aspects and ultimately bring more understanding than either of them alone. Solidifying that the Anime kicks ass.
August 12, 2025Aug 12 I’m not much of a sports guy, so probably behind the times, but there’s sperm racing now? https://www.spermracing.com/races (“race video”) “how the race works: we've designed a microscopic racetrack that mimics the reproductive system—chemical signals, fluid dynamics, synchronized starts. high-resolution cameras track every microscopic move. it's all live-streamed, complete with stats, leaderboards, and instant replays. the winner? the sperm that crosses the finish line first, verified by advanced imaging. the stakes have never been smaller—or bigger.” Edited August 12, 2025Aug 12 by blessingx
August 12, 2025Aug 12 Untamed (Netflix). I enjoyed it. Short, to the point, didn’t overstay its welcome. I’m honestly a little surprised the critical consensus on this one wasn’t more positive.

August 22, 2025Aug 22 ^^ Bummer. I am not sure where Bloomberg comes into play. I guess I should have backed the project to get a physical copy to share. Anyway, The basics are that there is a thriving black market for the AI GPUs in China, and none of it is illegal there. And they explored both the direct smuggling of CPU's into China, and the crazy manufacturing of Non-SKU cards for use using defect cards. I am sure that they will fight this and it could be reposted. With all that, it was a bit long, I think they could have gotten it down to about 2 hours with some proper editing.
