  • Turns out the damage was a bit more severe than a bad cable. They could still be repaired for less than the cost of a new pair, but not enough less that it seemed worth it. So new Etys are on the way.

  • That's because you're supposed to put them in your ears!

  • So the LCD3 Zebrawood showed back up tonight and I think I just bought a pair. Rob, you get the LCD5 and we'll compare and see if they're worth it, kay?

I forgot about that one. 450 is still very good. 400 is absurdly good.

it's good, but when you cant relist it on ebay and get your money back after the absurd fees+paypal fees....not THAT hot.

the 5N seems to add some much needed features (except for the video clicking Shelly mentioned) but its still $699. in 6 months it will probably be 400.

The absolutely wonderful indie game Limbo is on sale for $2.50 (75% off) today on Steam. It's the most atmospheric game I've played since Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Just like Amnesia, headphones are really required to get the full experience. Too bad nobody in this crowd has a pair of cans.

Concur. Great game, great deal. A little boy stuck in limbo facing enormous spiders, mysterious children, and brain controlling slugs in the cinematic black & white world that relies on problem solving and reaction time to complete. It doesn't require much system requirements either.

Couldn't pass up that deal. I really needed another point and shoot. rolleyes.gif

I've been really wanting a new camera, bad timing, but that was too good to pass up. Thanks!

Amazon also had some great deals on L Glass that B&H is matching now if you are looking for the 16-35, 24-70, 35 f1.4.
