I felt like I was going to die when I woke up from the pain at 4am. Luckily my dad was awake and I gasped at him to give me some cough medicine. Should be all better by Friday though.

A.I.R. is my favorite musical discovery of last year. I've spent over half my life immersed in downtempo, and I missed them completely until I heard one of their songss on Groove Salad. The closing track of this album is a 17 minute epic, consisting mostly of acoustic guitar, piano, and a skittery distorted drum machine. It is gorgeous.
