Yep, sure.

But maybe somebody has an unused set or some spares I can make disappear.

I could have been more precise  ::)

Not bad for unobtanium. I would expect higher prices  ;D

Anybody have a spare board set? Anybody thinking of running a new board set?

I don't have a spare set, but I'm in if there's another group buy. Especially if they're as nice as the previous run. 4oz copper, wasn't it?

new board run is like at least 500 usd, just a heads up

I found a source for a board set thanks, ordered the silicon (DAMN THAT HURT BAD), Penny and Giles pot (already numb from the silicon), and transformers. All the major parts.

KGST smoke test today, KGSSHV in a month, Megatron about 3 months out, T2 by end of year.

Great and ambitious lineup !

I'm also stocking things for this beast, but being a slow builder it's going to take several months...

I'm gathering mods ant tips in the thread for now.

Hrm any hot tips for good feet for the original kevin gilmore chassis?

I used some small vintage feet. No idea of part number.

Justin's rubber feet are probably way to big, besides which the

hole size is too small.

I see some people asking for boards.  I have a set I might be willing to let go from an old GB run.  pm me if you're interested.

I have a quote for 4 sets of PS and Amp boards, I need one, three (only) more participants and I'll do the run.

  • Blue board
  • 92 mil board thickness (thick but not too thick)
  • 2 oz trace

I got them to come down a bit on the cost, it's now $314/set + tax and shipping. On this one I'll eat some of the cost and joiners can get them for $300 + shipping to them. I've got quotes from other sources and they're coming in more expensive, such as $280/board.

Edit: This rev of the board (known to work)

Here's the AMP board

PM me if interested.

I also have an unusual/rare board I can't use, it's for standard off the shelf 400mm heat sink, is .125 thick with gold mask, if anybody is interested ($240 shipped)
