September 23, 20169 yr Shape of Despair, Monotony Fields -- a nice return to form after Illusions's Play (2004 album that followed the epic Shades of... and Angels of Distress) and Shape of Despair (2005 album). There's also Written in My Scars EP which I will have to check out, but it's not on their bandcamp. And apparently they have a first album/demo, Alone in the Mist. Doom Metal -- the slowest, most funereal doom metal. Spine-tinglingly great. EDIT: Oh, okay, it (Alone in the Mist) is by a previous incarnation, "Raven":
