March 6, 201214 yr I used to *slowly* bike up the hill from the beaches of La Jolla to UC San Diego when I lived there. Those hills are tough! I did that. I then went down to the beach in Torrey Pines and back up for good measure. It truly kicked my butt. Trying to decide if I should do it again tomorrow
