Can a cat play patty-cake? Pawsibly! Can anything be smarter than a cat that can count? Yes, a spelling bee! Did you hear about the cat who drank 5 bowls of water? He set a new lap record. Did you hear about the cat who swallowed a ball of wool? She had mittens. How did a cat take first prize at the bird show? He just jumped up to the cage, reached in, and took it. How do cats eat spaghetti? The same as everyone else - they put it in their mouths! How do cats end a fight? They hiss and make up. How do you know if your cat has eaten a duckling? She's got that down in the mouth look! How do you know that cats are sensitive creatures? They never cry over spilt milk! How do y…

Hey, I loggedd into the pictorial galleries and had the intention of uploading a couple of shots of an old school RS1 that I had promised a while back. Well dummy me, could not figure out how to upload them. I couldn't find any type of "upload pics" option. Did I just missed or it is not a general option to upload pics? Thanks

5.9 magnitude quake rocks East Coast. I didn't feel a damn thing here in B'town, but others as far as Boston are reporting noticing it. There are a lot of H-Cers near the epicenter. Everyone's headphones still on their stands?

Pretty much the only posts I've ever seen from PUGSTUB are him selling off gear, particularly PCDPs, that he seems to acquire from various places (I think at least a few came from eBay). Is that basically OK by head-fi's rules? I'm a bit confused since someone had said once to me that they don't like you making a business selling things on head-fi without being an MoT.

  8. I have my account set up for queuing Blu-Ray disks if they're available. Sometimes I don't want it blu-ray but it selects it automatically. Is there a way to manually change a queued movie from blu-ray to DVD? I don't want blu ray all the time because I just rip movies to my hard drive most of the time and throw them back in pill box so I get movies faster.

I have about 5 GB I want to download off Rapidshare. All broken up into 100 mb file sizes. Given the 50 kb/s restriction and only one download at a time with the free account this is going to take ages. Does anyone know the current download limit for the premium account? June 26 their FAQ said 10 GB per day, but I want to make sure that's right since a download limit isn't even mentioned on their comparison page (comparing free and premium perks). Just want to be sure before I get the three day trial, hope my CC doesn't charge me extra for USD -> EU conversion \

  11. TRUE STORY (HAPPENED LAST WEEK'S FRIDAY AT WORK). : "Alright guys, see ya around, and enjoy your lunch!" I picked up after myself, heading out the door with my carry-on lunch bag. My colleagues waved good-byes. As I opened the door, I saw her figure a few feet in front of me: Christina was walking down the hall. Christina is an unmistakable young little beauty. She is one of those women you simply just look at and do not want to touch in fear that when you do, she will forever vanish in a puff of smoke, leaving you wondering why the gods played such cruel jokes on us mortals. But this was no vision: there she was, walking down the corridor towards her cubicle.…

Alex Chilton died yesterday at age 59 from an apparent heart attack. That's fucked up. I've been meaning to post this sad news ever since my wife called to tell me she heard it on the radio while she was driving to work. Great and influential musician. Also been meaning to play some Big Star and shit but I have been too busy to do anything fun today. Will have to toast him later, but for now here are the lyrics to The Replacements' Alex Chilton: If he was from Venus, would he feed us with a spoon? If he was from Mars, wouldn't that be cool? Standing right on campus, would he stamp us in a file? Hangin' down in Memphis all the while. Children by the million s…

Too bad about his passing yesterday. I can't believe his wife, which he was in divorce proceedings with, actually tried to tell the judge that he wasn't as sick as he was making out to be. If you saw him on Hollywood Blvd., you could see he was pretty frail. RIP Dennis.

I liked Paul Newman as an actor, but most for his generosity when giving from his food business. It was estimated that his food business generated close to 90 million or possibly more for various charities and causes. He will be dearly missed.

this mourning at 4:30am water decided to travel up my sewer and all over the place. i was on the net when i heard some bubbling noise in back of me, when i turned around and seen water making its way past my door. i didn't know what to do, move my stuff to higher ground or try to stop the water. i ran to the to drains in the basement and seen a mini version of the Bellagio Fountain's only without the Bocelli (if Bocelli would of been playing at the same time it would of just confused me more..alot more). so what do i do stop the fountains or move my stuff? finally i did what Sean Connery would do on the Rect October..used Combat tatics...plug the drains! plug the drains!…
