I can't send PMs to multiple people since the line that says "other participants" is missing when I try to compose mail. This is in Firefox 3.6.16. Anyone else have this issue?

Good afternoon! The thing is that when trying to register on the forum, the error "This site key is not enabled for the invisible captcha" appears. It is impossible to pass the registration. Can I ask to fix it somehow? Thank! Jsts.

Is there anyway to have images in the post automatically resize to the width of the page (as opposed to spilling beyond it)? Not usually a problem when I'm using my desktop, but I do most of my browsing on my lappy where the screen is wee bit tiny.

I noticed that somebody posted Lil Knight's email address in the Group Buy for KGS Boards and thought that it should be removed. However, there was no way to flag the post. It is here:

Good day, Admins! Unfortunately, something has gone wrong and I can't manage my attachments. There are simply no controls. Am I doing something wrong?

I noticed the "recent posts" part at the bottom of the page got a lot smaller today after the upgrades. I reset my theme back to Ig-Oh (or default) which is what I normally use and the recent posts bar is much smaller than it used to be. I can't find a setting to make it so it shows more posts. Just wondering if there was a way to fix this since I frequently read posts by clicking on them in that part. I believe it showed at least 10 posts before this. Thanks

How about a video forum? I'm sure a lot of our members are interested in the emerging HDTV, HD-DVD, Blu-Ray, Satellite, even iPod/PDA video, etc. technologies - both screens/projectors and sources, converters, and composition (for our aspiring and pro auteurs) etc. I like movies as much as I like music, but they are enjoyed in a different way. I'd like to get my browsing time's worth, if I am going to be on Head-Fi and Headcase... too many forums

I've noticed that since we moved to vbulletin4, we've lost the ability to find all threads by a user; There's only a "find all posts by yourname" I found a plugin that seems to add "find all threads by" again: Find All Threads by "User" In User Profile - vBulletin 4.0.x INC (vB4 PL1 (GOLD)) - vBulletin.org Forum

I recently recieved this message from somebody: "... Do not use Head-Fi's resources--it's forums, it's PM system, it's e-mail contact function--to promote, recruit for, and/or redirect traffic to another forum (or any other purpose reasonably construed as intended to do any of the above)." It looks like Head-fi is taking exception to any sort of attempt by members here to communicate with members via pm or e-mail at Head-fi. As fate has it, certain people are really paranoid about a recent trend in contacting people through any means provided by head-fi if they are also members here at Head-Case. Head-fi does not want us to attempt to get e-mail addresses of any of …

I searched the forums and did not find any posts highlighting this issue. When I am logged in and attempt to view a users profile I am redirected to an error page displaying "[#10245] You are not permitted to view member profiles." Also when I hover over a username I am presented with a "View Profile" hint. When I logout of Head-Case I can view the users profile without error. In addition when I hover over the users name I see a popup containing a summary of the users data. It certainly appears to be just the opposite behavior you would prefer for us mere "newbie" members.

I have been having problems with the search feature recently. For example, I search for Neko and only get 4 hits (all for Neko Case). However, there should be hits for Neko DAC. I can't remember when this started happening.

Just a thought that popped into my head that I wanted to throw out there before I did any deep thinking on it. We get onto new headcasers a lot because they suck. Other forums I frequent have a "new members" forum where newbies can go to introduce themself, or make their forum debut. You know, "New Members", with the subtitle, "Introduce yourself here", something like that. Might help us become aquainted with newer members a little bit, and maybe get used to their smell as well. Any thoughts?

According to the Forum software, the most users ever online was 2,308 on 06-29-2009 at 01:48 AM. Is that correct? Was that an attack?

Am I the only one getting kicked out regularly? It used to keep me logged in for weeks at a time. Only if cookies were reset or the like, I'd have to log back. Also, the layout changed to the default (as if it had crashed). If I change, it will default again. This became noticeable since the last week or 1.5 week or so... And more often than not, the "show unread posts" resets to show no new posts. Confusing. It So what I am saying is I am very displeased and want all my money back, dammit! ;_P

I don't know if I'm alone in this, but I'm still puzzled by the Search function since the forum upgrade. For example, I search "the descent" in "Search Single Content Type". I get the search results by post, except there's no post preview like in the old interface (I really miss this option). Then, no matter which post I click on, it always brings me to the last page of the thread. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

So it'd be nice if the links automatically took out the referencing URL (see, for example, one of my most recent posts before this one), so that the targeted website didn't know from whence it came. I figure one way that would work is if it first went to a common url that would then take it to the target website, like a form post, rather than embedded in the URL.

Hey everyone, I've been planning to add a number of features like a portal integration and also an integrated photo gallery for awhile now. One of the reasons why I've been hesitant to do this is that I know many of the members like the current ability to use any of the installed themes and switch between them on their own. To add the portal and gallery features the ability to choose your own theme would have to go away. Everyone would be forced to use the same theme. Are these features something that you would be interested in? Or would you rather have the option to choose which theme you use? Unfortunately there really isn't any middle ground, so its either new featu…

New Member here and I'm going to ask a DUMB question even though I've been warned in my new member pm (yes I actually read it and comprehended it). How can I print a thread so it is actually legible? Yes, I did some searches but got everything but what I needed. The Stax thread is quite long and will supply me a month's worth of semi-intelligent crapper material if I can get it to print without everyone's album images smearing all over the text. I'm done - flame away!

Eric made some very good points in this thread: http://www.head-case.org/index.php/topic,238.0.html So we are faced with a situation that another forum we all know faced. 1) We want to know about manufacturers' new products. 2) We don't want manufacturers promoting products through Head-Case discussion forums or photo galleries. 3) We have no mechanism for a manufacturer telling us that a product exists until someone has actually gone out and bought one. The situation is one that lends itself to shilling, and a fair amount of that has indeed occurred in another forum. However, that forum has gone to extremes, so that anyone posting about new products (at l…

Is it possible to suppress post count but leave join date on an individual User basis? In other words, if I wanted my join date to appear, but no post count, could that be set for me only?
