  4. Hahahahaha. Win. I talked to Zoë about Justin Guitar and told her she can use the 710 just to be careful not to bump or bang it on things (sometimes a little clumsy, she.) I went to band tonight but forgot something and ran back in the house. She had the guitar in her room with some chord website up already. <3 **BRENT**

  12. Okay, now I'm listening to No More Shall We Part. This is sublime. It seems they alternate between albums like Goldfrapp do -- this is in the same vein as Push the Sky Away. IMHO. Side note: yes, I am the musical equivalent of a schizophrenic -- I'm not even finished listening to one album before the whimsical desire to listen to another crops up. I can't listen to albums fast enough. This may be why my preferred listening venue is the car -- captive audience, don't want to be distracted from driving, so I feel obliged to let <whatever> play. Too bad no headphones. And road noise. I even named my (failed) music blog, "by the time you read this, I'm listening to something else".

  16. Brent, I found another super easy song for you tonight at a little jam session. Guns n' Roses "Used to Love Her" Would be a super easy song for the family and would be hilarious to teach the kids to play it for their mom.

  17. I also had few not-so-cheap ink cartridges that I had bought from HP couple of weeks ago that I never got a chance to use. Much to my surprise, HP customer service refunded my full purchase price and just told me to keep the cartridges.

  21. Decided it was time for me to join the 21st century so I bought myself a carbon full suspension bike with carbon/aluminum wheels. I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up in the hospital by the end of the year, this bike just begs to be ridden at ludicrous speed on every downhill.

  26. Around home time at work today I get a call from a friend to tell me he saw a couple having sex on my car in the car park. I go down to investigate: my friend was correct. They appeared to be a homeless couple, and heavily intoxicated from sniffing tolulene. I thought I'd best be diplomatic. I told them I was leaving in the car in five minutes time, so they'd be better off finding somewhere else. The guy gave me a wink and told me he'd be finished in two minutes.

  27. Got a whole 2 miles in on the Spot today, with an hour break in the middle at the gym. I seem to remember how to work the bike, so that is good.

  28. Went for my Apple Watch "appointment." Left sold on the stainless 42mm w/ a link bracelet and a black sport band. Also left with an iPhone 6 Plus that I had absolutely no intention of buying on the way in. See, that's how they get you!

  29. This uke is the real deal. As a classically-trained instrumentalist (violin) and vocalist, the instrument is darn perfect. The intonation literally is perfect all the way up the fretboard, and the tone is so darn consistent throughout the range. Great dynamics too, it plays very soft without losing its tone, but you can really drive it home without it breaking up. This is a tenor, curly myrtle back and sides, by Mya-Moe.
