To say that I was looking forward to the first race of 2017 is a huge understatement! And Melbourne didn't disappoint! Once those big flat cars pulled away from the grid, all my troubles went by the wayside. Looking forward to China!

I'm also curious to hear if there are any good receiver recommendations. Some time this year I'll hopefully be picking one up. Minimum requirements are 4k video and 7.1, multi-room audio. Current leading candidate is the Marantz 6011 that Shelly also mentioned but it wouldn't hurt my feelings to spend less than $1400 on just the receiver for the new HT.

It is possible. I have recoated two pairs of old Lambda Signature and they work fine. There is a risk of breaking mylar as I did for the first time, when I was opening driver. But any other try was without issues.
