  2. Their acquisition of beats music has turned out so well so far, can't wait to see what they'd do to tidal.
  3. SFO -> JFK on Jet Blue. Heading out to spend the holiday weekend with friends on Long Island. Happy 4th, everyone! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Fight Club 2!?!?!?! Since when is this a thing? Hell yes I will be reading this over the 4th holiday weekend.
  5. The tire shop was able to patch up my tire free of charge. Man, random acts of kindness like that really brighten up the day. Now it is my turn to pay-it-forward.
  6. Flat tire on the way to work today.
  7. Congrats, Iceland/Birgir!

Who knew Colin could drive like that?
  9. I had another friend make this observation. My thought is that at some point they had to stop killing off characters we've built up huge equity in or there would be no one left at the end-game. That being said, speaking of shocking depressing I think there is a door that needs holding.
  10. Happy birthday, Mr. Wilson!
  11. Great finale. Great season.

Starting this. It looks and runs damn good on PC in 21:9 ultrawide 3440x1440.
  13. Not a toothbrush recommendation, but have you ever thought about getting a online/print subscription to Consumer Reports, Shelly? I just get the monthly print version, but they test all nature of things from toothbrushes to tires vigorously and impartially. I find it helps a lot with these types of buying decisions where all you really know are the brands. I'm almost always satisfied with the products they recommend. Just a thought. Good luck with your purchase!
  14. Damn... As I'm sure you can tell from my Avatar, I am a huge talking heads fan. I love P-Funk too. RIP Bernie.

^ For real! Steam sales. RIP Wallet.
  18. How could you!?
  19. Congrats, Cleveland. Well deserved. The King reigned supreme. I can't be mad to lose like that, just disappointed. The biggest shame is that Curry just hasn't been the same player after the injuries. I thought at the time they happened in Houston that that was our season. It is a testament to our team that they were able to go on as long as they did without Curry in peak form.
  20. This. Show. Is. So. Good. I am finding myself repeatedly needing to pause episodes 3 and 4 to take a break from all the bad lawyering from the prosecution. There are so many dumb mistakes it is unbelievable. If "OJ" isn't the best documentary I've ever seen it is right up there.
  21. So sad.
  22. Legal fees are expensive. If there is any substance to those earlier stories then that MSB founder is going to need all the lawyering money can buy.
  23. Nicole's phone call to the police while she was scared to death after OJ had broken down the door in episode 2 was terrifying. His yelling and breaking things in the background gave me chills. The things he did to that woman while she was alive were horrific. Time to start episode 3. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  24. You are correct. Ashamed that all the racism still goes on to this day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. "James has a Cleveland franchise, his hometown team, one win away from a championship -- one win away from the greatest comeback in NBA Finals history, one win away from upending an opponent that hungers to be known as the greatest ever. Win one game, you win everything. The Cavaliers have never been this close. It is not hyperbole to suggest every step in James' basketball journey has led to this moment. Win Sunday in Oakland, and the dumb, overheated debate about James' "legacy" disappears from the airwaves forever. There will be no more convenient cherry-picking of his few subpar Big Moment games, no more selective memory to buttress preconceived damnation, no more talk about his emotional fortitude from people who have never had a conversation with him. Every NBA Finals carries legacy weight. Every Game 7 lingers somewhere in our memory forever. But this? This is enormous. This is a flashbulb game. This is as big as sports gets." --From Zach Lowe's excellent Game 7 preview: http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/16312235/2016-nba-finals-how-got-game-7
