A minor quibble -- it uses some P2P. I'm not sure for what. I am pretty sure it's not using it for the actual streaming, as if I load some personal music (a specific Gojira album, Porcupine Tree, Steve Wilson, etc. -- other artists that don't approve their music for Spotify), it doesn't show up on another computer. I'll look into it. Unless it becomes rendered moot first (due to them removing all P2P functionality).

Edit->Preferences->Playback->High Quality Streaming. And: I have no idea, it's just retarded. They (used to?) have a bug in which on Android tablets, you lost the Extreme Quality option depending on the orientation of the tablet. It's the main reason I have a premium subscription.
