All gone. I should point out that this is Mexican chorizo which seems to be different than Spanish chorizo according to Wikipedia. It is delicious!

Yeah, that's my guess for pics I've seen posted before. "Real" chorizo is usually pretty red, not necessarily hot, but with a lot of paprika and variable fat/meat ratios. Different lands, different spices and tastes :D

I greatly prefer Mexican Chorizo.

Me: Took the kids out for burgers and fries (shakes for them, beer for me) while Maura had to do parent/teacher conferences.

Hardly ever post here since I hardly eat interesting things, but....

Ground Camel sliders with a Southwest Rub.  Bit chewy, but quite yummy!

Beginning my 48 hour fast until our two days of North American Cup fencing are over with.  The hardest part is trying to appear to Lance that I don't care what happens at the tournament when the reality is my stomach is tied up in knots with anticipation.

I think you need to include a traeger warning ("succulence"?) on these posts.

Hmm, dental office adjacent to a ice cream shop. Coincidence?

So painfully hot foods used to hurt...twice (as the comedian said), but I have something going on deep in my intestines, so now it would hurt three times.  I think I'll take your advice, despite the temptation not to.  Does it have any flavour?

PS  Thanks for taking one for the team.
