December 26, 20196 yr Last night with guests from Italy and the Czech Republic. I wanted to introduce them to a Southern California Christmas minus the guacamole. Batch of medium prime ribs, batch of rare prime ribs. Twenty four hour brined turkey.

January 18, 20206 yr anniversary dinner last night at Alinea. every single bite was great. and a few in particular were absolutely epic (the halibut/fennel/apple and rabbit/beans/sassafras).
