Sounds like March to June in Chicago. 

So many reasons why I opt not to live there no matter how much I love the city its self. 

Almost 80 predicted here today.

It's snowed here last fall, didn't snow all winter, and now is snowing in the spring.

Yup, snowing here today as well with expected totals in the 2-3" range. What a giant crock of crap.

We've gotten snow here in Chicago area twice this week (including Thursday night). I can deal with this kind of snow: a) don't have to go anywhere, and b) it doesn't stick to sidewalks and driveways, so don't have to do a damn thing about it

Thankfully we got a lot less than predicted. It changed over to rain before noon and there's no sign of it now. Still, we've gotten a ton of rain over the last 3 weeks which makes it hard for kids that are already feeling cooped up. The woods are a mess too, with areas that I've never seen wet full of puddles. Next week 4/5 days are predicted to have rain.  The lawn is going gangbusters.

Awoke to more bullshit this morning. Unbelievable.

Sorry, not yucking it up.  Summer arrived here yesterday and it's hot, at least from my perspective.  I don't like hot.

I’m just jealous of your weather, don’t mind me.  It was a reference to that old prediction that everything West of the San Andreas Fault was going to fall into the ocean.  Not sure why it’s no longer spoken in polite company...

Everything west of the San Andreas Fault isn't going to fall into the ocean.  It's just heading north.  Geologically soon, where I currently live will be where Marin County is.

Well, it's 9:50pm and it's 81 degrees outside.

If it wasn't May friggin' 9th, I'd say this was quite beautiful!  It won't accumulate though, so we're enjoying from a warm house.

Snowing here too, Todd. What the actual apocalypse is going on?!?!?j. Also, my parents who live about an hour further north have 2" on the ground.

We haven't had a single flake of snow (at least where we live) in this winter just gone. Lots and lots of rain, named storms, and flooding - but zero snow.

That means insect heaven with no cold weather to kill them off. So flies, wasps and ticks will be abundant as the year goes on. Can hardly wait. Watch insect repellent being the next hoarding bulk buy. 75 degrees here just now.

Further proof that 2020 is the start of the end times.

We have a freeze warning overnight.

It's currently sunny and snowing with the wind gusting 20+mph. In other words a totally normal, pleasant, spring day. 

It's been nearly 6 months since the last time it snowed here ...

It's been almost six months since we had the last drop of precipitation here...
