I would -- I mean, I agree with your point about looks -- the only person that should really care is the wearer -- but like everything else in life, sometimes it's fun to get others' opinions. I would never have known about Invicta and Fossil and Nixon had I not asked a similar question previously.

  • Turns out the damage was a bit more severe than a bad cable. They could still be repaired for less than the cost of a new pair, but not enough less that it seemed worth it. So new Etys are on the way.

  • That's because you're supposed to put them in your ears!

that's part of why i wear a 42 year old watch.

How old is your underwear?

This is a problem with society. We assume much and take too many things for granted.

At Home Depot retail stores they have a free dewalt 45 pc screwdriving bit set ($19.97) with purchase of dewalt 35 pc impact ready screwdriving bit set ($29.97). Not a bad price for bits. I happened to be needing a bit set so I was happy :)

i have a pretty effective clock on the right corner of my taskbar.

And atomic clock sync.

My watch is milspec, which means it does what it wants, when it wants, where it wants and doens't give a shit what time any civilian thinks it is.

Same story with my raptor.

I wear a 17 year old Disney watch with the crystal that has a 3D hologram in it.

Yeah...but how does it sound?

Well, better than "It's a small world after all..."

OK how about "Arrrggghhh......"

This is the world we live on (oh oh oh)

And these are the hands we're given (oh oh oh)

Use them and let's start trying (oh oh oh)

To make it a place worth living in

This should do the trick... wait, it's still Genesis! :D
