  • Turns out the damage was a bit more severe than a bad cable. They could still be repaired for less than the cost of a new pair, but not enough less that it seemed worth it. So new Etys are on the way.

  • That's because you're supposed to put them in your ears!

  • So the LCD3 Zebrawood showed back up tonight and I think I just bought a pair. Rob, you get the LCD5 and we'll compare and see if they're worth it, kay?

While the Steam sale rolls (and sputters) on, I noticed that The Tiny Bang Story is on sale for $3.40. It's a point & click adventure with hand drawn art. While it's not the next Machinarium (the soundtrack is not even in the same league as Tomas Dvorak's work), it is very good. I highly recommend it to fans of the genre.

I'm still rage clicking my way through Machinarium :D

Well, the site appears to be down right now. Which is probably good for my wallet.

J&R has the PogoPlug Pro on sale for $49. Been wanting to try one for a while and this seems like an easy way to try it out, even if it sucks.

I'll be interested in your experience with this, Jim!

Sony Cybershot DSCHX9/B for when the wife and daughter travel out of town for my daughter's community service project and for the family beach vacation in August.

Mark your calendars. July 20th, 2011 was when Deep Discount ran an email campaign for The Essential Tom Selleck DVD/Blu-ray sale. What the hell is Jesse Stone?

Jesse Stone is a character he plays in a series of movies as of late. I think it's some detective from a series of novels, but not sure.
