My wife went to Vosges Haut Chocolate Boutique while in Vegas. Chocolate made with bacon is not bad.

I dunno, for how much it costs, I expected better. For me, their bacon chocolate tasted like bacon AND chocolate, not bacon chocolate.

I have some of their Bacon Salt. Not bad, but the BLT I had for lunch today is better

Strange but not bad. A bit like salty chocolate is. I wouldn't replace my Heinz or Hellmans with it though. It's worth a go.

Well, I did say it was "not bad". I will say that I thought the bacon flavor was more subtle, at least the ones we tasted.

In my previous research position we used pigs between 5 and 80kg...... we would catch, anaesthetise, cut the throat, and remove the lungs to take back to the lab for experimentation. Every morning as I was elbow-deep in the thoracic cavity, tearing away at the connective tissue near the diaphragm and scooping the lungs out, all I could think of was how delicious pork ribs are.

^Heh, I once worked on a merger between two pork producers. I needed to a lot of research about ham and bacon production. Delicious.

Bacon salt is very good with tomato soup and Subway melt.
