1/2 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar (caster sugar)

1 Glass Canadian Whisky (4 oz)

Shake well, strain into long tumbler (1/3 filled with ice) and fill with Ginger Ale.

Going pretty light and easy tonight... Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Dogfish Head 60min IPA, Bell's Oarsman Ale.

A really lousy Dark & Stormy followed by a decent Margarita at a Mexican restaurant. Thinking about a Black Hawk a la Jim.

Ahh, I saw this today at whole Foods but took a pass since I haven't seen anyone post about it. Timing is everything.

Moar Merlot/Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc----not in that order though.
