You're playin' some of my fav's today Mikey!

Cheers Steve,

The Miles comes from the great box set from a while ago.. Nice quiet heavy vinyl set - even though I found one flaw on the second track of Workin' (pressing issue), but the rest of the set is perfect.

Evening metal (ish) -- Chelsea Wolfe...lots and lots of Chelsea Wolfe...

Lots of Chelsea Wolfe here too lately. And Zola Jesus... Okovi is stunning and has been in heavy rotation.

Inter Arma - The Cavern

Found out she's opening for Ministry in April...I might have to go to that.

One to recommend to a few in the crowd:  Joana Serrat - Dripping Springs.  Kind of ethereal country pop, with a twist of Mazzy Star thrown in.

Stubbornly and bewilderingly low-fi production style but for some reason, it sounds wonderful on my poor little Stax rig. Colour me shocked. Shit be unfolding, yea verily.

New Volcanoes (Lafayette Gilchrist) - The Art is Life

I couldn't find a cover online, sorry.

Everything by tribal folk band Danheim. Wholeheartedly recommended.
