<rant> Could they stop with the freaking downtime every day or so? It always seems to happen when I'm right in the middle of writing a long PM or post, or when some Google search that I really want to see links there. I mean seriously, with all the advertising and donations, they should have nice servers, right? </rant>

I know he's ugly but he's so sweet and friendly that I couldn't resist him at the animal shelter. Don't let his gruff, wild cat like looks fool you, he's the friendliest cat I've met. He starts to purr as soon as anybody enters the rooms he's in.

Drop a few classes so I have a better chance of transferring to Curtis or Juilliard? Auditions are coming up in about a month. I'm currently taking 8.

Well, went to see a doctor today and guess what?! I'm fucking unhealthy. A dog is healthier than me! Big surprise. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, 15lbs overweight, and the list goes on. Anyway, doctor recommended I completely de-tox my body and eat nothing but fruits and veggies for the next 2 - 3 weeks. The good - I can get better. The bad - I can't eat nor drink anything I like. I am so fucking pissed that I now have my family saying "TOLD YOU SO! etc etc". Anyway, any of you guys starting out a diet this new year? I hope to keep to it. Wish me luck!

Do you guys remember that desktop thing that seemed to abound in the 80s that was filled with blue and clear liquid and tilted back and forth and when it did the blue liquid separated from the clear and created a "wave" effect? Well, what the hell was the blue liquid? I ask because my son just broke a water filled thing that had the same liquid combination, and the contents have a very strong smell. Almost like industrial strength bathroom cleaner, but without ammonia. Any assistance is appreciated.

Well I'm not going to run a HFer of the year thread this year. I'm not on there much, and someone else can take on that role if wanted. I would like to continue the tradition over here however. I'd like to build a stand for the winner, just as I have the last two years over there. However due to my screw up with Voltron last year, I think it would be much better for someone else to take nominations, start the poll and take care of keeping track of the votes. Once decided I'll contact the winner for input into their trophy. Anyone game to take this on?

Other site does this and I think it's great for the community. Maybe some of us feel too rebellious to just lift the idea but - that'd be retarded. Hc is a pretty tightly-knit community and I'm personally interested in intertwining it even more with itself.. and, really, just doing something nice for the holiday season. I just missed the auction of CDP, man, fucking IT people, at my office, just make impossible to bid, damnnnnnn.... We had an X-mas drink at our canteen, so, I went to my PC to make my fucking bid to UNISON CDP, but they have planned some fucking upgrade at the same time, cos everyone was away from their PC's, so, INTERNET simply was DOWN for 10 minutes, while the auction was ending in the same 10 minutes time, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!? Only one thing I can say, FUCK... Sorry for all that fuck, just pissed...
