Do you guys remember that desktop thing that seemed to abound in the 80s that was filled with blue and clear liquid and tilted back and forth and when it did the blue liquid separated from the clear and created a "wave" effect? Well, what the hell was the blue liquid? I ask because my son just broke a water filled thing that had the same liquid combination, and the contents have a very strong smell. Almost like industrial strength bathroom cleaner, but without ammonia. Any assistance is appreciated.

I opened my mail today and was shocked to find a letter from a debt collection agency (Wyse Financial Services, Inc.), demanding over $3000 in debt from a company called 'NCO Financial Systems' (never heard of them...).
