8 pointsThanks everyone. Hope you all had a good Xmas or at least a decent break. We spent a couple non-stress days eating and drinking in Sonoma. Now back home, I’d be surprised if I can keep my eyes open past 8pm. #iamold #partyon

6 points5 pointsLast night with guests from Italy and the Czech Republic. I wanted to introduce them to a Southern California Christmas minus the guacamole. Batch of medium prime ribs, batch of rare prime ribs. Twenty four hour brined turkey.
5 points4 pointsWhat Dusty said. Finishing up the Xmas music here with Spike Jones. Like Nick Cave, if he had a much higher voice and his twisted-ness went exactly in the opposite direction. Killer tracks like...3 points2 pointsBoxing Day Breakfast. Sous Vided Soft Boiled eggs + Marmite Soldiers
2 points2 points2 points1 point1 pointWe had to add Karen's moms phone to our plan, so we checked out all of the deals and decided to brave going to the local Verizon store Monday. A couple of hours later we had her mom added to our plan and we both had new iPhone XS Maxs (a nice upgrade from our 7+). Total cost was a little over $100 and the monthly payment will actually be a few dollars cheaper. Overall a good investment for a couple of hours. Today we went to BestBuy and each picked up a pair of AirPod Pros. I think I am going to like them.1 point1 pointToss a coin to your Witcher! Sooooo catchy!1 point1 point1 point1 pointYeah, well, good luck with that (you’ll understand when you hear it). The order is now Astral Schism I/... oh shit, I forget already... Edit: order is now final: Oily Nuke Oath II/Astral Schism I/Astral Schism II/Rictus Lingering Uploads, on the other hand, are not, there will probably be one more.1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 pointThanks for your thoughts! Yes, exactly. The evolution of the sound was supposed to be at an almost subconscious level. I'm trying to decide on a playing order. I'm thinking Oily Nuke Oath II Astral Schism I Rictus Lingering Astral Schism II ...but I can't decide. EDIT: Now it's Astral Schism I/Oily Nuke Oath II/Astral Schism II/Rictus Lingering https://soundcloud.com/dusty-chalk/sets/eating-chinese-food1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 pointI did a thing. Drone/experimental/damnbient. (There's a total of 4, Astral Schism II, Rictus Lingering, and Oily Nuke Oath II.)1 point1 pointMy present from the wife with her present from me in the background. She got hers a few weeks early as at ~850lbs and it's giant size I wasn't installing the pro 48 myself.
1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 pointHappy Birthday Ken. I will be toasting you this evening and tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after and...1 point1 pointI can't go there with you my friend. I'm going to argue that those Maggies would sound pretty damn good! Most likely better than any Kenwoods could aspire to.1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 pointHoliday music is in full force here. 1 point1 pointMy girlfriend got me an interesting watch for Christmas. It’s made from reclaimed whiskey barrels and a miyota quartz movement. 47mm but wears a little smaller.
