February 26, 201016 yr I think the 580 has some of the most "fun" for me. I've heard, but never owned, the 600's. I owned the 580's and 650's, twice each. Didn't like the 650's overall until I ran them balanced, then they showed me more of what they could do. But based on your boredom, and the fact that there is no T-Shirt mod for them , I don't think I'll be getting 600's any time soon. EDIT: weird....the word "Didn't" shows up twice for me when I view this post, but only once when I go to edit....anyone else see two of them? Time to stop drinking....or maybe start.....
February 26, 201016 yr Untrudat! I'll be honest, I miss the bass of the 650. I think the 600's soundstage may be a bit better, but the 650 is to me...I dunno...just more fun. The HD580 + HD300 bass is almost too much for me (midbass really) after listening to the more natural bass of the Omega 2. Also you're not supposed to be having fun when listening to music, bad Monkey!

April 19, 201016 yr The previous times I thought the HD650 were too dark vs my HD600, which I thought were more neutral. But I remember listening to Bluto's HD650 on his ZD and they sounded much better than with my amps. I wonder how the HD650 would sound with the ZDT/PWD combo. Maybe someday I'll try that.
