We're mostly all grown ups now, with realistic ideas and expectations. Show us who you were when your goals and dreams were unhindered by caution flags and dead end roads. I wasn't overly unique, I wanted to be a rock star. Didn't matter that I couldn't sing. Yes those were my real teeth.

I thought you guys might want to be entertained by my short story I had to write for english class. Jesus Vs Godzilla All that could be heard was the sound of waves sloshing upon the rocky shore. The sun was rising in the Land of The Rising Sun, bringing light to another busy day in Tokyo. But this day was different. The sea floor rumbled ominously, and what looked at first to be a tsunami was actually a natural disaster of far more epic proportions. Bad news, last month my employer lost the contract to import Siltech cables from Holland. Since that was all that we did I was sort of out of a job. Good news! I am moving to Pennsylvania and forming a new company (Until the incorporation is completed I won?t release the name). So instead of being an employee of the importer of Siltech cables I will be the new importer of Siltech cables. Same job, only now I can?t complain about my boss. The short-term bad news is that I am trying to start a new company, find a location for the company, find a place to live, and move from Boston all within a few short weeks. Busy doesn?t adequately describe this month.

Do any headcasers live in Colorado, or spent anytime there? Melody and I are trying to come up with vacation ideas over thanksgiving (Wednesday through sunday) and are considering going to Boulder. We are looking for a relaxing vacation, nice hotel, good food, etc., but somewhere we can do cool hiking and outdoor stuff as well. I was out in Denver a couple years ago for some phish shows and thought it was beautiful, and would like to explore more of what Colorado has to offer. Open to any Colorado ideas, or any ideas for a vacation like I described. Our ulterior motive is we are silently scouting out potential places to move to as well. It's hard to find gifts for my dad--he's the kind of guy who kind of has everything. But today he was telling me how much he liked Superman comics when he was a kid. He wanted to know if the comic was still published. I know nothing about comics. Nothing. But I was thinking about putting together a little package of superman comics for him for Christmas. Not collector's item type stuff, just maybe a few cool things. It's the kind of thing he would never get for himself.
