I watched the first episode, and I think this one may turn out to be pretty good.

This is actually pretty good. The premise is that a wiseguy turns informant, then goes into protective custody, where he picks Lillihammer as his new home, because he thought it was beautiful on TV, during the 94' Olympics. Steven Van Zandt stars and is one of the executive producers.

Less than a week away for Season five of The Office Here is a preview description of the first episode from TV.com My opinion based on that spoiler and Toby's replacement doesn't seem that interesting to me.

I thought it might be nice to hear what others have discovered on Netflix. I myself found a cute movie the other night called Chasing Ghosts.

This one looks fairly promising. Enough violence and T&A to keep the drama from getting too thick.

I really get off on this, I'll be watching a show and it'll hit me right in the face that an actor/actress I will remember from another show ~ usually it's the more low-key actors that really get me going. Anyone else get like this or do I have serious problems? Examples: Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 1 Episode 1: Apparently Julie Benz, the super smokin' hot actress that plays Rita from Dexter was originally in Buffy! She is totally not even memorable in the first episode. X-Files Season 5 Episode 9: Guest stars Jesse (Chad Lindberg) from the first Fast and Furious movie, he's ultra young and still ultra lame! "It's all right. I ain't losin'. This fool is ru…

I'd started watching this last year (1st season), but only did about 4-5 episodes. [rant] I was going to rewatch it and finish the 1st season before starting the second, but those pricks at Comcast are charging $3 an episode for previous seasons now. I'm so glad the powers that be allowed Comcast to buy NBC/Universal. Service providers like them should never be allowed to own content creators, and apparently their "concessions" to not charge for such expired early this year, but I digress. [/rant] At any rate, I've been watching the 2nd season. Intense show, and so far I'm impressed. I think I read one reviewer stating that it was the new Breaking Bad. Not too f…

This is a brilliant comedy and one of the best I can recall seeing. Unfortunately I don't think many people in the US have heard about it. The show stars David Cross, Will Arnett, Spike Jonez (and a couple of surprise celebrity appearances I won't ruin). It is based around David Cross who is a pathological liar and is sent to England for a temporary job assignment that goes horribly wrong. There are only two seasons, with a total of 12 episodes and the series is now concluded. http://en.wikipedia....f_Todd_Margaret Trailer (though I think it gives away a bit too much) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6NgB7Vy_9c

I'm surprised that there's not a post on this already but how are you guys liking the new season of Scrubs? I think people who started from the beginning will agree that it's returned to its former glory (S6-7 were crap). Even with the budget cutbacks (notice that there's no sets outside the hospital and JD's apartment), I do thoroughly appreciate the story and humor once again. Do you like Elliot and JD getting back together again? Or do you agree with Bill Lawrence(keeping them apart)?

I've been fairly impressed with this season's offerings thus far. Especially with the huge improvement in writing quality and originality this season. I guess the writers strike was good for letting some ideas flow and simmer. Here are the shows I currently follow, in order of preference. Battlestar Galactica Bones House BBC's Top Gear (hiatus) 30 Rock Californication (hiatus) Eureka (hiatus) No Reservations Scrubs (hiatus) Leverage (hiatus) Chuck Life Top Chef (hiatus) The Big Bang Theory Pushing Daisies (canceled) Weeds (hiatus) Lie to Me The Simpsons Burn Notice Heroes (now that Bryan Fuller is back. Jeph Loeb needs to get the f out of anyth…

Has anyone watched the new show Chuck? I watched last nights episode and thought it was kinda funny in a campy/cheery sort of way. Not a bad show but certainly not something I'd really care much about if I missed it.

Okay. I just saw the premiere episode of House last night. It's been a busy week . Well how did you guys like it? It was different without the usual suspects (Foreman, Chase, or Cameron), but it was good. It showed that he really did needs a staff. Also, Wilson was so funny this episode. I like his sarcasm with House about his guitar. Can't wait to watch the next episode. It hasn't aired yet here since I'm 6 hours behind EST. It will be interesting to see how he picks his next staff and what rigors he will put them through. i added a spoiler warning to the title so Dusty Chalk doesn't get mad --admin

I've only seen a few of these PBS shows but once you start, you can't take your eyes away. So far, I've seen part of the steam yacht, the Lysander airplane, and just a bit of the Ahrens Fox fire engine and I'd be hard pressed to say which one I enjoyed the best. Here's a link to their home page; http://www.ultimaterestorations.com/

Don't mind me, just being silly. If you don't get it, don't worry about it, it's disposable use-once humor.
