We haven´t talked much about this amplifier. ?
I usually need some time to adjust to the sound of a push-pull amplifier. Once time passes (hours) I feel very comfortable with him.
Honestly, I don´t see any flaw: it has a fairly defined and balanced sound, enough power... to put something negative, the only problem I see is that not all adapt to the sound of a push-pull amplifier (paradoxical) ... But that's what Carbon is for.
The amp was getting really hot at 70°C. It was running at 22.5 mA. I have to reduce the bias current. Should I change the 2k ohm resistor or the 500k one? I am a bit confused.
The new Canon lenses are great. All of them. This was taken with the RF 28-70mm f/2 lens.
The EOS R is a bit quirky but also very powerful, overall I like it and I can also recommend it (or the RP which gets a lot of unwarranted hate) with the RF 24-105mm f/4 IS lens, which was also great.
You can make it better if you can find a Headroom DPS power supply to power the Lite MKII instead of the brick.
I spent about a week with the GSX mini and it was fantastic sounding with wide-range of different headphones.
