Sorta trying to ensure that a pair of original Moth Cicadas have a very long, happy life. The Fostex drivers will be dropped in the Larvae enclosures and we'll see how it goes. Might suck, might be ok, we'll find out soon enough.

Their 166 little brothers sound great but you should let them run for quite a while to break in. I hated the sound of mine for the first 50-100 hours but then we grew to love each other. screaming oranges
I have a question on powered usb splitters. Let's say the splitter is fed via its own walwart. If a usb-powered device is connected to the splitter, for example, an external HDD, would this provide more adequate power to the HDD or would it not matter? If it matters, would this also apply to usb-powered converters?
spritzer
The external power should take over and feed the device, at least that has been my experience though it was a few years ago.
