I don't really know enough to defend it, but it's just a ranking system for farmers, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Could still be a local farm (well, outside SF).

Currently marinating chicken in a mixture of lime juice, salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil and just finished roasting tomatillos for a fresh batch of salsa verde all in preparation for enchiladas tonight. The chicken will get grilled, shredded and then mixed with cheese for the filling and a portion of the salsa will get mixed with an egg and sour cream to form the topping. Easily one of my favorite meals to make and eat at home.

I owe you a great debt of gratitude, Shelly, for pushing me to use corn tortillas.  My wife still doesn't like them (pfft) hence the 4 flour tortillas in the pan but I'll never go back.

Oh, duh! I've had these before. My son loves them! I thought it came in the vegetable box, but must've come in the fruit box. I'm so easily confused. Thanks!

This. Open the thing, put the grains into a pot, add fruit juice of your liking, maybe some booze and sugar to taste. If possible, when pulling off the grains, don't touch the fruit innards or you hands will get a black stain for some time.
