Does anyone use or have experience with memory foam pillows? Memory foam is like the coolest thing with bedding, or at least when I see them at the department stores, but I wonder how memory foam in pillow form works out...

Some of you may be aware that in mid April I had Gastrointestinal bypass surgery. It appeared to go really well. I was recovering/responding better than anyone I've ever heard of. Then in May A Gout flareup started (I'd never been officially diagnosed with Gout, but I might have had 3-4 brief (2-3 day) flareups over the last 15 years), it was misdiagnosed at the ER which directly resulted in my having a severe G.I. bleed. I ended up almost dying, spent six days in the hospital (where I received 12 units of Plasma and 9 Units of Whole Blood). To make a long story shorter I'm still fighting the same Gout Flareup. 3 Fucking months and on-going. The last month I've been on…

Once again this year I'm prepping to ride a century in support of the Kelly Brush Foundation. I have (quite literally) been training my ass off and started the year with a goal of riding more than 2,020 (get it?) miles before the event. Well, I've truly exceeded that and am currently sitting at ~2,300 with a few more weeks to go before the ride. Of course, as most things have gone in 2020, this year's event will be quite different from the past with no formal large gathering in VT. I for one am glad to see that the popularity of a President that hasn't been given much of a chance to succeed, is ending on a very high note. I'm also very happy to see his very large numbers of commutations of low level, no violent criminals, who were IMO unjustly sentenced to ridiculous terms. I'll be sad to see him leave office, as I will the most elegant, benevolent First Lady of my lifetime. Happy Birthday Sir!
