So I just got done reading a blog calling out Head-Fi and this forum was mentioned. I decided to join since I have noticed the same trends on Head-Fi. as the blogger. I was looking for a no bullshit forum where I could discuss audio equipment in detail and hear opinions from others on certain equipment (namely expensive cables, headphones etc). When I joined, I immediately read the welcome message and thought "this sounds like the place for me"... However, after searching for the threads linked on the blog I mentioned, I was surprised to find them all gone. What gives? WTF are you telling me that Head-Fiers truly are a bunch of geeks that have no interest in riding motorcycles and going fast? Look at the last photo. Can anyone else show proof that they have gone faster on two wheels or even four wheels? FYI speedometers are wildly inaccurate; usually they are 15% to 30% optimistic at high speeds. Seeing as the GOP and our President have such low approval ratings these days, and that even elder GOP personalities have warned about a rough election for the Republicans, I was wondering if anyone here, who may have voted Republican in the last couple of elections, is planning on voting differently come November?

This will sound damn cheesy, but I love this country. Those of you who know my story of why/how I came to the States will understand my sentiments a bit better. My life would have been much different had I not come here. Happy 4th, everyone!
