Is it just me or is this cereal king of them all? I mean, nothing hits the spot at 2am like an XL bowl of cornflakes (not that frosted kind either). I'm pretty serious about cereal and honestly nothing out there has been able to surpass the simple, yet complex, taste of a bowl of cornflakes done properly.

Okay, this thread is only half serious as the topic is stupid, but I'm also curious what others think. jp11801 and I were talking last night about my recent gear purging, and I told him I was going Team Minimal. In my opinion, having one main dynamic headphone, one main electostatic headphone, and one main portable headphone with accompanying rigs qualifies me. He claims that's too many, and my choices in each category eliminate me entirely. He also suggested we open up our disagreement to the peanut gallery (I guess that's you), so here it is.

I been trying to bring up the HF home page for the past five minutes and seem to only be getting a page with: "Database error The database has encountered a problem." I generally only check the for sale pages so would have missed any announcement but was this downtime expected ? http://www.head-fi.org/

So I'd like to ask a favor from some of the Photoshop gurus. I was wondering if someone could take the image below and make the black part red, and make the image size 70x70 (while maintaining the transparent background)? I've attempted this using some tutorials online with the lasso tool, and the results are fail. For anyone that is curious here is a link describing target CDs. Cheers

Many of us enjoy our pets and love animals. I make it a habit to support businesses that support my causes including animal welfare. A local business has a long history of donating to the local animal shelter/humane society. http://www.mlive.com/news/grand-rapids/index.ssf/2016/10/bissell_hosts_local_animal_she.html#incart_river_home No disclaimer needed. Other than having clients that work there I have no vested interest in the company. Have one of their carpet cleaners which works as advertised. Something to consider when you purchase products that they make.

All, The Photobucket site has been crap for years. Now they want something like $400 / year for a user to post pics on a third party site (i.e. embed photos). If the site wasn't absolute crap, I might have given this more than a seconds' worth of thought. Since that's not the case, figured I'd ask here if there's a smarter way to do this. Thanks in advance. HS

Jude has posted a video on facebook and an update If you're on facebook just search for Head-Fi, go to groups, and then the larger Head-Fi one, and you'll see the video --- THE POST --- This is the datacenter I've been living in with a couple of my workmates for the last several days, working with vendors and technicians from all over (Seattle, Australia, Michigan, California and Germany) to try to get our primary networked attached storage (NAS) unit to give us our data back. Unfortunately, things are not going well so far, everyone. The recovery efforts that we've been guided through have so far proved fruitless, but we will continue to work on it until we'v…
