  1. Xavier and I did a 25.75 mile training ride today. My Garmin was set for run instead of bike and I missed a bit, but we averaged almost 14mph with the first 8-10 at a 17mpg avg. We couldn't hang with my friend on her tri bike training for an Ironman, but Xavier killed it today! **BRENT** Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk

I should have some actual announcements in a few weeks. I am waiting on machining and finishing.
  7. Last weekend was the Civil War Century and it was 96F, super sunny. That made for an interesting ride. I fared well, but it was pretty exhausting. Took plenty of electrolytes. With the Hammer Endurolytes didn't get any cramps or pains, so that was great. For me, these work better than SportLegs. Cheerio!

I brought Doug's ECP DSHA-2 production & prototype units to a recent mini-meet in Atlanta. Many people were totally super impressed by the sound. I also lend these two amps to couple of my headphile friends and they totally loved them too. IMO, the DSHA-2 does really well with lower & higher impedance phones including my HEK. The DSHA-2 is more or less at the SuSy Dynahi level but it is slightly ahead when paired with lower impedance phones, but the Dynahi is better at driving the HEK. Quite a performance coming from a desktop friendly amp really! Very well done by Doug. Super impressed with the DSHA-2. The 3-D sense of soundstage & imaging couple with dead neutral tonality make this an absolute buy for someone with 2.2k budget to spend on an headphone amp.
  11. Thanks gents. Nice evening in town, managed to walk back to the hotel through Soho at midnight without getting punched in the face and now contemplating the minibar, which is better than usual.

  17. Charge 2 arrived today, curious to see how useful the heart rate data ends up being.
  18. hanks UFN! I did a layout that supports all 3 pots (4CP601, 4CP2500 and Alps RK27114). Similarly to Birgir's layout, this one would allow cutting to support a stereo pot if desired. 46.5 x 35.2 dimension
  19. That's a good ride! Awesome!
  20. My semi-daily smoothy is: spinach, blueberries, banana, strawberries, peaches, and pineapple.
  21. ^ Inspired by Shelly, I'm now sipping a delicious Strawberry, Raspberry, Vanilla Frappuccino, peanut butter M&Ms, and Vanilla ice cream smoothy. OK, it's a fucking milkshake, but it is orgasmic!
  22. Now I want crepes with Lingonberry jam. I'd have to settle for IHOP.

  26. What are you doing with those hands, Neil?!
  27. 2 x amp boards 1 left and 1 right psu board (left board has onboard low voltage supply, right board has the onboard bias supply) or use 1 + and 1 - grlv boards (golden reference low voltage boards) which then gives you flexibility to use 2 right psu boards for pro and normal bias
  28. Well I'm a-runnin' down the road, tryin' to loosen my load I've got seven amplifiers on my mind Four that have really blown me, two that really thrown me One that is a fave of mine Take it easy, take it easy Don't let the sound of your Stax stats drive you crazy Lighten up while you still can Don't even try to understand Just find a place to make your stand, and take it easy Well, I'm a-standin' on a corner in Winslow, Arizona Such a fine sight to see I see an amp, my word, with a DAC on board Glowin' bright to make some noise for me Come on, baby, don't say maybe I gotta know if your sweet tones are gonna sway me We may lose and we may win, but we'll keep on building them. So open up I'm listenin' in, so take it easy
