I traded some gear with Nate. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would not hesitate to do so again.

  • Nate owns a Calfee, he is absolutely trustworthy.

  • You know it came off of his toaster right?

  • Yeah, and NOW the toaster burns everything! Proof that after-market cords DO make a difference! (I think he needs to tube roll on his toaster to fix that)

Long adue feedback...

Nate is excellent. He built me a balanced cable which is excellent.

I also had my 1st ever insurance claim issue for shipping damage. Nate handled it with class and refunded my money even though the official insurance claim is not all the way through the red tape.

Nate for president 2012.

Nate built me a pair of real nice speaker cables for me, which I'm enjoying right now. Everything went smoothly and I can't thank him enough.

Nate sold me a set of HD-600s and a fancy extension cable to match the set of balanced cables I already had. Great build quality.

Thanks.

I bought a Sennheiser DSP Pro (aka LUCAS) from Mr Maher, for to use in accompaniment with my Surrounder, he bent over backwards and didn't complain once about my assorted fusses and foibles regarding original boxes and PSUs. A true gent.

Mr Maher was also involved in a one-and-a-half-plus-one-makes-two oddity with Mr Tice and I. He crafted from unobtanium and gamma rays using nothing but his bare fists and laser vision, 2 cables for use with my Goldring-SFI Orthodome headphones (portable and home). The cables are wonderbar (my first custom cables) and again my fussing over lengths and terminations as well as where they should get posted was dealt with in such a friendly matter that one would never have been able to tell how irritating I probably was.

Thank you kindly old bean.

I bought a nice little y1 from Nate along with a mini-RCA cable he made for me to go with it. I am not sure if gamma rays or laser vision were required for my cable, but it is quite nice in any event.

Thanks for another fine transaction Nate!

Sold Mr. Maher the second-finest smart phone known to man. As always, he was a most hoopy frood and, hopefully, one day he'll actually be able to use it inside his rural retreat.

Meant to write a thank you note here for Nate.

I bought a buffalo DAC he put together in March, when it arrived I noticed that it was unwilling to accept SACD or any 24/96 sources. Turns out something called the comparator on the DAC was old and needed to be updated.

Nate stepped up and paid for half the shipping back to twisted pear. I really appreciate that he didn't just leave me holding the bag.

The buffalo sounds great and I can actually tell a difference with my speakers and HD800's.

Thanks!

Nate sold me his B&K 700 tester and it arrived in perfect condition. And he provided free telephone support :).

Thanks again.

Purchased a Nugget Audio Switchbox mkII with ultra-vibro-block feet and all ;) Wonderful deal. Thanks Nate.

Nate did a great job re-terminating my HD800 to a 4-pin XLR at CanJam, as well as reconfiguring the remnant into an SE adapter and making a fresh dual 3-pin to 4-pin adapter. He's even good at offering financial advice when I need it the most. Good seller - highly recommended.

Nate did me a huge favor with some awesome work just prior to Can Jam. Since he is retired I can't discuss what he did but I look forward to the opportunity to have him help me again with this confidential favor. If you require further details please correspond with my HC legal counsel.

Nate repaired my β22, and it's a good thing he's not here, because I may be tempted to kiss him. It sounds wonderful!

Thanks big guy!

Not only can Nate cut round holes but he can pack tubes such that even UPS cannot destroy them. Besides that he sold the tubes to me for a trully awesome price.

I bought a Touch Nate which is like an Ipod Touch except Nate touched the Touch last. (Its moar betters).

I am very happy.

Nate and I entered into a complicated structured transaction, which likely has produced exotic derivatives that currently are hurtling the economy into the abyss, but it doesn't matter because I ended up with a beautiful and kickass Nugget Audio Beta22. Nate's workmanship and attention to detail are well-documented here and rightly so.

Always communicative and always fair, Nate FTW.
