February 21, 201511 yr I love Night of the Living Dregs Dregs of the Earth, but never got anything else by them. Any pointers? I could do with some good fusion. EDIT: Correct album title, not sure why I always do that.
February 21, 201511 yr its been a while for me, but what if is mandatory. i bought it in 2008 according to amazon, couldn't find it so i just downloaded the mp3 from their cloud thing. ...then promptly bought the shm cd on amazon in the hopes of it being less hot. but either way what if is pretty spiffy. a little bit of everything.
February 21, 201511 yr Hanggai -- Mongolian/Chinese folk+ band. First album, Introducing Hanggai -- is more indigenous music, but He Who Travels Far and Baifang introduce elements of rock and prog. Still has a lot of folk elements to it, they're just stirred up into a complex stew. EDIT: This shit is awesome:

February 22, 201511 yr I think it's going to be a Dregs kind of day. Starting with Dregs of the Earth.
February 22, 201511 yr ^^ there was a blurb i read somewhere that claimed the shm cds were less hot, probably from the master tapes. i ordered what if and night of the living dregs shms. will report back. the cheap remaster cds are definitely hot. i think those are the only shms they did.
