Close to a perfect pop album.

The first three tracks on Monolord's new Rust -- unholy carp, this may be the heaviest thing I've ever heard, autobuy.

The Clientele -- Alone and Unreal

Great late night or early morning listening.

Tried their new one but went back to this.

Reznor and Ross' soundtrack to "The Vietnam War."

It reminds me a lot of Ghosts I-IV, which feels appropriate given the subject matter.

Wasn't paying attention -- Hiromi has a new live album out with harpist Edmar Castaneda, so as soon as the soundtrack to 2049 finishes for like the 4th time, I'll be listening to that.  I've also been listening to Mariusz Duda's Lunatic Soul project's latest album, Fractured, which is spectacular, despite its depressing inspirations.
