November 28, 201510 yr I watched someone total a car in Project Cars today. Total, as in 100%, as in never finished. Apparently there's an "eject shattered windshield" button, because for a while there couldn't see through the multiple spider web cracks. Hood was also in the way for a while, but eventually it just blew off.

I was talking to a lady in one of my classes and I said something about scratching my initials in a freshly poured sidewalk. She said a kid on her street did that and the city (San Jose) had to come out, jackhammer it and pour that slab again? WTF!

November 30, 201510 yr A belated post... We picked Winnie up Saturday. She's settling in well... She's going to be a great addition to the family. The North Face coat my mom made for Neko just needs a minor adjustment as she's a little smaller than Neko was.
December 1, 201510 yr Signed the contract to sell my house, wrote 4 letters of recommendation, attended 1 seminar, attended 1 job talk, went to 1 dinner with the job candidate, and dealt with the maintenance staff to try and keep my toilet from splashing... I need a drink.
