Godspeed, Kyle Loftis....  Creator and host of 1320Video.

I had the pleasure of meeting him at Houston Raceway Park, our 1/4 mile drag strip in Baytown that is no more during a Texas Speed Syndicate track rental.  He filmed me making passes in my Challenger while I was getting data for the standing mile.  He subsequently posted the vid which surprised me.

Very kind gent with a genuine curiosity.

RIP to my aunt, Gladys "Goldie" Schultz, 87.

She was an amazing woman, very calm and logical, yet with a deep compassion and a wonderfully dry sense of humor  (I was recently told she was a tiny bit on the spectrum, makes sense now).  She was an early woman in tech, mother of 3 wonderful kids, and so much more.  She will be missed....and my dad is now the last living person from that generation....

She now joins her husband, my Uncle Ron.

RIP Goldie. May her memory be a blessing.

My dad was also the last of his generation and he lived to 98. I hope you also have more good years with him.

Thanks all.  Won't be able to make the service, but will go down to NJ for Shiva/visiting.....

RIP legendary music producer Jack Douglas.  Longtime listeners will know I have a fetish for the sound of 70s analogue productions.  Aerosmith (a band that I find to be a curiosity at best) posted these photos on their official FB page:
