Only about 90min away ) We were all annoyed the bank was taking forever to respond to the first house we made an offer on over a month ago. Now it seems that it was meant to be as ths much better house came on the market this past week and it's a straight sale with no bloody banks involved. I may give them a call. It has a speaker level pass-through, but more useful to me is are the stereo pre-amp inputs ( from the rotel) 40-150Hz variable low pass filter , and variable gain (The Dual Level refers to a 12v switchable second gain level). I have to set one to -4 and the other to +10 and they still need to be about a quarter turn apart on the volume knob to be any where near balanced. They are going back tomorrow.
