March 17, 20206 yr @Seed Lady Bonnie, how did you know that Birgir's bakery was in that building? I have been reading Arnaldur Indridason and other Nordic noir novels and I wish I had @spritzer around to pronounce the place names and surnames because I know I'm not doing it right in my head.
March 17, 20206 yr @spritzer @Voltron ha, I can find cakes anywhere in the world! @Voltron I had looked up his bakari 2 years ago, when friends went to Iceland, and sent them there. Everything else in the city is brightly colored, I found it funny it was white..... I guess towers are too tall to be lost in snow. More amusing @CarlSeibert had just said "I wonder if we will see @spritzer 's bakari.... and I say you mean Right There we just saw it". Wooo Weee Oooou Edited March 17, 20206 yr by Seed Lady

March 20, 20206 yr As a public service to HC fans of Jessica Biel....I post her stripping, in Powder Blue, 2008. Decent film, Jessica in a thong, Patrick Swaze in a real bad wig, and Ray Liotta in trouble. https://images.app.goo.gl/aw46JdvFYCdeghj5A
March 21, 20206 yr One small upside of the coronavirus is it helped me catch up on Better Call Saul. Edited March 21, 20206 yr by blessingx
March 22, 20206 yr Shut Up, Little Man! A 2011 documentary on the infamous recordings of a couple of drunks in San Francisco: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1766085/ It was really good. A great slice of underground culture, going "viral" before the internet.
March 23, 20206 yr This very cool video brought back memories of my buddies brother playing us a weird double album with terrible sound and the worst graphics I'd ever seen. "Quinn the Eskimo" was the only track I remember.
March 23, 20206 yr Season 3 of The Sinner. As usual, this show has my stomach tied in knots! And even though Pullman could use a little restraint in his portrayal of the anguished police detective, this is probably my fav show right now. I do miss seeing Carie Coon and that spooky lookin kid from season 2 though.
March 27, 20206 yr These just popped up in my YouTube... never heard of them before Gary and His Demons Don't Feed the Humans Edited March 27, 20206 yr by HiWire
March 29, 20206 yr Dispatches from Elsewhere - a new series airing on the AMC network, created by Jason Segel. Although the premise sounds fairly innocuous, the execution is so fresh & quirky it defies summarization, while commanding your complete attention. Awesome cast, with everyone pulling their weight. My current favorite tv series.
April 2, 20206 yr Whoa, You can now purchase on Amazon Prime on iOS. I am so fucked. The only reason I saved money up until now is that I’m too lazy to buy on one platform and watch on another. Thinking about Killing Eve. Any other recommendations? Unrelated: started Happy season 2.
April 7, 20206 yr Hamlet, from The Globe theatre in London, with Michelle Terry. Free until 4/19. Via Christopher Moore on Twitter.
